Hi, I’m Julie — a certified yoga therapist, FAMO Fascia Movement Trainer, and yoga teacher with a PhD in Human Nutrition. I specialize in helping women 50+ move with more ease, strength, and confidence, so they can stay active and do what they love. Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of women through simple, science-informed movement practices that support real life — whether that’s gardening, traveling, walking, biking, golfing or playing pickleball.
